Tec Diving Equipment

Technical diving is defined in part by the equipment we use.

Tec gear ready for a dive

It is this equipment that allows us to go deeper or enter into an overhead – or vitual overhead – environment and manage the risk. The efficient use and management of that equipment is a critical component to all tec classes. While equipment requirements may change from class to class or from one dive to another, this list is intended to give you an idea of what a tec diver’s gear closet looks like.
